Project Goal
Funding Academy helps entrepreneurs and business owners access business funding. Their offer has a qualification requirement — not every lead that comes through the funnel is eligible for the primary funding programme. The challenge was not just generating leads, but generating the right leads and monetising those who didn't qualify rather than losing them entirely.
The goal was a full website and sales funnel built to attract qualified prospects, walk them through a clear qualification process, and automatically segment them at the point of decision. Qualified leads were moved into the funding programme pipeline. Non- qualifying leads were immediately presented with a relevant credit repair offer — turning what would have been lost traffic into a second revenue stream.
What We Built
Full website build plus a complete dual-path funnel. Qualifying leads were tagged and moved into the funding programme CRM pipeline with automated follow-up sequences. Non-qualifying leads were immediately routed into a credit repair offer funnel with its own conversion sequence — built to generate revenue from traffic that would otherwise have been wasted.
