AC Funnel — Direct Response Style

Project Goal
The U is an education and training offer built for ambitious individuals who are serious about growth. The AC (application/conversion) funnel format was the right choice for an offer at this price point and positioning — it filters for commitment, attracts buyers with genuine intent, and creates a conversion experience that feels like a selective process rather than a generic sales page.
The brief was clear: build a proper AC funnel in the direct response tradition — the kind Alen Sultanic and the serious direct response community would recognise. Copy-first, conversion-led, built around how the right buyer thinks and decides. No templates. No shortcuts.
What We Built
Full AC funnel build — long-form sales page written and designed as a single conversion sequence, application flow, order form, and post-purchase onboarding sequence. Backend automation handled lead tagging, application routing, and follow-up for incomplete applications.Interaction Design
The Outcome
The AC funnel attracted buyers who had already self-selected for commitment before reaching the offer — resulting in a higher-intent applicant pool and a meaningfully better close rate than a standard sales page approach. The application system ran automatically, routing serious buyers forward and filtering lower-intent leads without manual involvement.
