3-Day Challenge Funnel

Project Goal
Jen Gottlieb is co-founder of Super Connector Media — an INC 5000 company, bestselling author of BE SEEN, and one of the top 50 speakers in the world. She runs high-volume challenges and live events that attract tens of thousands of entrepreneurs, coaches, and personal brand businesses.
The existing challenge funnel was functional but no longer matched the calibre of the brand or the size of the audience Jen had built. The goal was a complete redesign — a funnel that reflected her energy, matched her visual brand, drove significantly better engagement through the challenge, and was capable of handling 8,000+ registrations without friction.
Design Approach
Typography: Bold, high-energy display type that matched Jen's on-stage presence —confident, warm, and impossible to miss. Chosen to reflect the personal brand of someone who has spoken alongside world-class leaders.
Colour palette: Vibrant brand colours paired with high-contrast CTAs. Every visual decision was made to maintain energy through a 3-day online experience where attention naturally dips.
Layout: Conversion-first structure with the registration flow optimised for mobile, where the majority of Jen's audience engages. Minimal friction between landing and registering.
UX: The page was built to feel like an event, not a form. Countdown timers, social proof, and speaker authority signals woven throughout to build urgency and credibility simultaneously.
Interaction Design
End-to-end funnel build including registration page, challenge delivery pages, sales page for the paid upgrade, thank-you and confirmation pages, and GoHighLevel automations.
